Like athletics, pursuing knowledge & mentoring is a form of teamwork. Reading is an amazing way to quickly be transported to another place and to learn a new skillset; however so is a podcast, webinar, seminar, classroom and connecting with community champions.

Being open to new perspectives encodes valuable life lessons.

Humans learn by watching, listening and processing those experiences.

Throughout our 19 year business journey, I've intentionally added "disruptors" in the form of internships, public speaking and mentorship.

Often these non-structured, non-sanctioned discussions are some of the most powerful. One to one, humans are hard wired to let down their shield, be present and vulnerable.
